Client: Sanchez Capital Services (SCS) is a premier provider of software solutions and IT consultancy services to the global banking and financial services sector.

Challenge: To strengthen the SCS brand online by a complete redesign of the existing site.

Solution: In order to improve the SCS Brand image, Paper Plane's initial focus was to make the online content more attractive and functional. Knowledge held the key to SCS's growth and service expansion plans. Thus, the site was re-designed to provide an effective knowledge solution which would help capture, sort and allow easy access to this knowledge with regard to specific users. It would also establish a base for managing client and partner relationships. Taking into account the constant requirements of a Global Services business for qualified and talented staff, a skeletal online recruitment system was created. Overall, the solution provided multi-dimensional value to SCS in relation to customer retention, employee satisfaction and business growth. We achieved our objectives by providing a complete reworking of the site including design, information architecture, and content mapping. A company-wide strategy for site evolution and internetworking with existing systems and processes was also charted out.
