Client: Thomas Cook is synonymous with travel in many markets across the globe. Thomas Cook India was our first client and our long relationship with them exemplifies our working model

Challenge: To deliver a site which would serve as a single point of entry to the range of travel related services offered by Thomas Cook: holidays, flights, hotels, foreign exchange and insurance. Making this vast range of services easily accessible to customers was far from easy.

Solution: By focusing on customers, we developed an extensible information architecture and navigation system designed to permit access to any part of the site within three clicks. Customers now have instant access to thousands of holidays, a forex store, and online reservations for flights and hotels. We built a custom site management and transaction processing system. To facilitate adoption within the company, the system was internally branded as Panoptica. Panoptica is integrated with multiple suppliers to enable access to inventory, rates and reservations. Our team provided a comprehensive board-level strategy detailing the evolution of their online services, giving the company a valuable roadmap for the future.
